We got the call to play the beautiful Caulfield Cove Hall in West Vancouver, near the world-famous Lighthouse Park.
With love in the air, we started things off with a few classics before opening the floor for the guests to sing their hearts out, including a too-cute-for-life rendition of “Stayin’ Alive” by the little lady on the left.
Congratulations to the bride and groom, may your love last forever!

We drove up the world-famous Sea-to-Sky Highway to put on a special show for the fine folks at Arbonne.
After a few songs from the host-vocalist Robert Downey Goulet Jr., things started to get a little crazy as the special requests poured in. Journey? Check! AC/DC? Double-check!! Amy Winehouse, ABBA, Benatar…. it feels like we put on a music history show!
The ladies (and three lucky gentlemen) from Arbonne sure know how to have a good time, and that’s what we’re ALL about!

We are still reeling from the crazy party at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna with the Canadian Home Builder’s Association. For the first time ever, we unveiled the vocal trio of Danielle, Donna and Tiffany, AKA the Thrillas from Manila.
From the opener “For Those About To Rock” to the Canadian classic finale “Blow at High Dough”, the dance floor was packed the entire night… We Salute You!

Parallel 49 Brewing celebrates the release of a brand new 12-pack, so they pulled out the big guns: LIVE. BAND. KARAOKE. (and beer)
0 Special TV Appearance
We are gearing up for our first ever TV appearance courtesy of Lola Acala, host for “Ledge TV” on Shaw. Recently, Lola took the stage with us at Studio Records on Granville to sing “Try” by Pink, and she absolutely killed it! We are thrilled to have her as a fan and supporter of this crazy Live-Band-Karaoke concept.
On March 9th, Rockaoke Live takes over the Shaw studio to answer some questions about the project and deliver a very special performance. We hope you like surprises 😉 The half-hour show airs throughout the month of April on Shaw TV channel 4.

On Saturday November 7th we ditched the Rockaoke format to perform “Au Natural” for our first show at this Vancouver venue. Retronight was in full effect, unleashing our catalogue of classics from the 50s, 60s and 70s, with a few modern jams sprinkled in to sweeten the mix.
We enjoyed great food and some mighty good beer… Could be a place for future shindigs!
0 Rockin’ The Roxy with Methanex
On October 1st, we ushered in the month of OZZtober with the spandex-clad crew from Methanex Corporation, who celebrated the 80s with style and vigour. We hit up the world-class stage at The Roxy in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
Highlight of the night in our books goes to Billy for his insane rendition of “Warpigs” by Black Sabbath to close out the festivities. We also can’t forget his earlier performance of “Basketcase” by Greenday which lit the room up like a roman candle!
Other highlights include group performances of karaoke classic “Don’t Stop Believing” and “Country Road” by John Denver. Of course, It wouldn’t be a certified 80’s night without smashes like Pat Benatar’s “Hit Me With Your Best Shot”, Heart’s “Alone” and “Summer of ’69” by local hero Bryan Adams.
Thanks for memorable event, Methanex. Never. Stop. Rocking.

The buzz for this band has been growing steadily since its formation 30 months ago. Building from the project’s early days with the crazy concept of live band karaoke at The Fanclub on Granville, and now at the historic Railway Club, with a smattering of epic corporate bookings along the way, recruitment to the city’s premier talent booker sat squarely and singularly in the band’s crosshairs.
Thanks to the work of band manager Jonathan Dunn (FantaSea Entertainment) who took dead aim at our target, we managed to score a direct hit.
